If you still prefer to rent right now, all rental properties obtained through a
real estate agency will require first
month's rent and a security deposit equal to that first's month's rent.
For example, a $1,200 monthly rental would require $2,400 when the lease is
signed; an $1,800 rental would require $3,600 due at signing. Of course,
homeowner's insurance of approximately $800 would also be required as well. If you are
