REQUIREMENT TO RECEIVE FREE PROPERTY LISTINGS
You must provide your first and last name, valid telephone number, and valid email address, for you to receive our free property listings. We do not sell, exchange, trade, or barter your Personal Information under any circumstances and your Information is utilized by Frank Biganski, Realtor ABR for the sole intention to provide you with services directly related to your request for real estate related information.

THIRD PARTY DATA From time to time, you may be offered the opportunity to receive materials or special offers from third parties.  If you opt to receive information from these third parties, Frank Biganski, Realtor ABR will (with your permission) share your name and contact information with such third parties. Under confidentiality agreements, Frank Biganski, Realtor ABR may match Personal Information with third party data.

We provide you a way for you to correct, update or remove your Personal Information on our website.  In addition, we offer Customers the opportunity to "opt out" of having Personal Information shared with parties outside of the mrtownhome.net website and/or its affiliated companies.  If a Customer wishes to update Personal Information, objects to any usage provided herein for any reason, wishes to become removed from our database, that Customer may email the change or request to: remove@MrTownhome.net.  At any time after requesting to receive our free property listings, you may "opt-out" from receiving further property listings by clicking a link that is found at the bottom of each property listings page. Once we receive your request to "opt-out," all of your Personal Information will be completely and permanently removed and deleted from our database and website servers. The "opt-out" link is also provided on every email correspondence.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
You should be aware that when you visit an affiliates' website, you could hyperlink or be directed to other sites that are beyond our control and/or outside our service. For example, if you click on the Apartments.com rental banner, that link may transfer you away from our website. These other sites may include sites of advertisers, sponsors and partners that may use our logo and/or its affiliates' logo as part of a co-branding agreement. These other sites may send their own cookies to Customers, collect data, or solicit Information.
